he UICT100 is an UIC series acoustic-electric ukulele model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It is made in China.
The UICT100 features an Iceman-style tenor size ukulele body with a laminated spruce top on okoume back and sides with a high gloss finish. It has no soundhole on the front of the body, but rather a sound port on the top side. It has an okoume neck with a 24-fret purpleheart fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a purpleheart bridge, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines. Electronics consist of an Ibanez under saddle pickup connected to an AEQ2UT preamp with onboard tuner powered by a pair of coin cells and feeding a ¼” stereo output jack.
