  Pre-order items are specially produced or sourced upon order. The estimated waiting time for fulfillment is up to 1 year from your deposit date.

Refund Policy

  If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within the 1-year waiting period, a full refund of your deposit will be issued to your original payment method.

  Customer-initiated cancellations prior to the 1-year mark are generally non-refundable once production or sourcing has commenced.
