Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products due to:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect selection made by the customer
* No longer wanting the item

Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

* Damaged during delivery
* Defective
* Incorrectly supplied

please contact us immediately within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

Our customer service team will assess the issue and advise you on the appropriate next steps. If a return is required, we will provide further instructions.

Return Conditions

If we approve your return request, please ensure that:

* The item is returned in its original condition.
* The product has not been used, installed, or modified.
* All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
* A copy of the purchase receipt or order confirmation is provided.
* The product is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.

Please note that Live Music (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days after inspection and approval.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
