🛒 How do I place an order?

Ordering from our website is simple:

1. Browse our products and click Add to Cart for the items you'd like to purchase.
2. Continue shopping or click Checkout when you're ready.
3. Log in to your account.
   • New customer? Create an account before proceeding.
4. Confirm your Shipping Address and click Next.
5. Select your preferred Shipping Method and click Next.
6. Choose your Payment Method and click Next.
7. Review your billing details and accept the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click Confirm Order to complete your purchase.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

After making your payment, please email or WhatsApp the following information:

• Payment Date
• Payment Time
• Transaction Reference Number
• Total Amount Paid
• Order Number

Important: Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment has been verified.

👤 How do I update my personal information or shipping address?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Account Maintenance.
3. Update your personal information and shipping address.
4. Save your changes.

🔑 I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

1. Click Forget Password? on the login page.
2. Enter the email address used to register your account.
3. Click Submit.
4. A verification token will be sent to your email.
5. Use the token to create a new password.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if your order is still Pending.

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at livemusic1999@gmail.com
• Use the subject line: Request to Cancel Order
• Include your order number in the email.

Please Note: Orders that are Shipping or Shipped cannot be cancelled.

All prices and transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
