Price Protection & Price Match

At Live Music Malaysia, we are committed to offering the best value on musical instruments and pro audio equipment. We want you to focus on making music, which is why we offer worry-free shopping with our Price Match Guarantee.

How Our Price Match Works

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• Exact Match: The item must be the exact same brand, model, year, color, and condition (factory-sealed, brand new).
• Authorized Dealer: The lower price must be from an official, authorized retailer located within Malaysia.
• In Stock: The item must be currently in stock and immediately available for purchase at the competitor's store or website.
• Verifiable Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly visible and verifiable via a valid website link or an official written quotation.

What is Excluded?

To keep our policies fair, we are unable to price match the following scenarios:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or discontinued items.
• Second-hand, used, vintage, or demo (B-stock) items.
• Special bundle deals, free gifts, rebate offers, or financing/installment promotions.
• Pricing errors or misprints on a competitor's website.
