Inspired by the 1959 G6120, the G5428TG-59 Electromatic® Hollow Body FSR features a laminated maple body with a vintage silhouette, refined arches, and trestle block bracing to reduce feedback and enhance sustain, clarity, and snappy attack. A pair of newly developed FT-5E Filter’Tron™ pickups deliver full-bodied tones, sparkling highs, and bold presence.
Designed for modern playability, it comes with a comfortable Standard "U" shaped maple neck, a master volume with treble bleed, tone control, individual pickup volumes, and a 3-way toggle switch. Additional touches include oversized bound F-holes, vintage-style tuners, Graph Tech® NuBone® nut, Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, Bigsby® B60 vibrato, and classic thumb inlays—all combining retro charm with upgraded performance.
